Free Write 2/3/15

Not sure what to write. Perhaps I should write about my habits and daily routines. Well, for starters I go to sleep late. Which causes me to wake up with extreme fatigue. I suppose its from my lack of time management. I'm usually in bed by 10:30 but i'm also on my phone while there. I read that the reason why we cant fall asleep when we're on some sort of handheld device is because it emits a blue light. With that it makes our brain think "hey! its morning", which can cause us to be sleep deprived.I hope its feasible for me to turn off my phone at night.
