It means that you may know part of the story but not the whole information.

Ive said that the east side is not really that bad but when i tell people that they laugh or act sarcastically. there missing the point its not rally that bad.

well I've heard of the west side, people say that only rich people live on that side.
i don't think that's really true because i have a friend that lives on that side of Austin and hes not rich but hes not poor either. maybe people should just investigate for them selves.

the players can see some facts about the community and they'll see that its not really bad i mean like we parks pool ad stuff like that.
